The First Timer's Fitness Festival is an event we put together to encourage Intermediate and Novice athletes who have wanted to compete but have been nervous to hit the competition floor. This is a great to get newer athletes and athletes who have never competed before to push themselves and discover the love of CrossFit Competition. We believe the competition aspect of Crossfit is one of the greatest motivators and will encourage your athletes to commit more than ever before to their fitness.

CrossFit Competition shouldn't just be for Rx and Elite athletes, but for everybody.

Individual Competition for Men and Women
Intermediate, Masters (40+) and Novice divisions

3 WODS plus a floater

Entry Fee: $75
Prizes for top three winners in each division
T-shirts for all who register by 8/22/2018

This Comp is NOT for you if:
You have competed in several CrossFit competitions in the past
You ranked highly in the 2018 Open WODS
You RX all WODs at your box

Cleans (Any Style Power or Squat) (95/65 or for Weight)
Shoulder to Overhead (95/65)
Deadlift (135/95)
Push Ups – Hand release Allowed
Thrusters (30/20 Dumbell or 75/55 Barbell)
Snatch (Any style Power or Squat) (30/20 Dumbell or 75/55 Barbell or for weight)
Kettlebell Swings – American — (35/20)
Box Jumps (Step Ups Allowed) (24/20)
Single Unders
Wall Balls (20/14)

Masters(40+):
Cleans (Any Style Power or Squat) (85/60 or for Weight)
Shoulder to Overhead (75/55)
Deadlift (115/85)
Hand release Push Ups
Thrusters (30/20 Dumbell or 65/50 Barbell)
Snatch (Any style Power or Squat) (30/20 Dumbell or 65/50 Barbell or for weight)
Kettlebell Swings – American — (35/20)
Box Jumps (Step Ups Allowed) (24/20)
Single Unders
Wall Balls (20/14)

Novice:
Cleans (Any Style Power or Squat) (75/50 or for Weight)
