Join us for an 8-week Outdoor Boot Camp! This is an interval based class that incorporates cardio, agility and body weight exercises to help you build strength and endurance, not to mention burn some serious calories. This class is open to everyone, from beginner to advanced. There are modifications and progressions based on your skill and fitness level. Please bring water and either a towel or mat and a can-do attitude!
The Tufts Bathhouse will be open from 6:45am-7:15am for participants to shower after class. $128 for Medford residents/$160 for non-residents. Sorry, no drop-ins.
