Strengthen: Join the Tribe at 6 pm every week at The North Face on Newbury Street for running-focused strength training. The workouts will be different each week and will be designed to challenge runners of any level. Every week will focus on a different aspect of the body through flexibility, injury prevention and strength exercises.
Lengthen: Corepower Yoga will be hosting a running-focused course every other week at 7 pm at the Arc'teryx store. Due to limited space, we will ask attendees to register for free on Eventbrite ahead of time. strengthandlength.eventbrite.com/
