On International Day of Yoga, let’s come together to celebrate the power of yoga to change the world. It's also the Summer Solstice and the longest day of the year!
YogaHub and Yoga for Humanity are joining forces to offer a FREE, public, all-levels vinyasa yoga class along with a health and wellness marketplace in Copley Square. Starting at 4:30pm, browse the marketplace and discover socially and environmentally conscious brands and organizations. Then at 6:30, roll out your mat for a FREE one-hour all levels vinyasa yoga class taught by YogaHub founder, Ali Singer.
International Day of Yoga was proclaimed by the UN in 2014 to recognize the role that yoga can play in encouraging healthier choices and lifestyles among individuals and populations.
Global health is a long-term development objective and yoga provides a holistic approach to health and well-being.
While this event is free and open to the public, we strongly recommend registering to save your spot and help us estimate the size of the crowd.
We can't wait to officially kick off the summer with you!
