In our fast-paced and “plugged in” world, today’s youth are struggling to navigate emotional, mental & physical stress more than ever. Amanda Given, founder of Govinda Yoga Play, takes a playful approach to helping children improve their inner resilience, emotional balance and attention through yoga and mindfulness. Join Amanda for this fun, safe and engaging workshop that combines creative, free-flow style yoga and meditation and incorporates play, music, story and simple props. For children age 5 and up accompanied by an adult. No skills required. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, some will be available.
