Starting in mid 2016 Matt picked up his first CDJs and started learning. Now Matt is starting to make a name for himself as a DJ. Spinning House, Tech House, Breaks, Trance, and Psy-Trance.
“Queen of the festival vibes and a feel good atmosphere, along with not being afraid to express herself by being different”
That’s how Transcendence describes herself as a dj. Never afraid to bring you those festival vibes and at the same time delivering those “feels” with some trance. Transcendence inspirations come from the sounds of Blasterjaxx with their Big Room tunes and also Dash Berlin with his feel good Trance tracks.
A very active member in the LGBT community, Transcendence has come up through the ranks of the LGBT club scene in a very short time. When she finally got the chance to DJ Providence Pride in 2016 it all started to come together, now a year later with a club residency and her own night on Sundays (Safe In Sound Sundays) she couldn’t be happier. Transcendence love for music goes beyond the spectrum of mixing tracks, as a producer she has found ways to be musically creative and it shows with her 2 new tracks “Genesis” and “Cosmic Knight”. She makes music to inspire other people and show others that you can be different and that is perfectly okay.
“For me it’s all about the vibes and feels…..If I can play my music and when people just get lost in it and can escape reality and the real world for that short time then I have accomplished what I set out to do”.
