Europe may have gotten a head start on cheese and beer production, but artisans from our own backyard are catching up, keeping pace, and adding distinctly American touches. Though wine has traditionally grabbed the spotlight as a partner for cheese, hopheads and cheese fiends alike know that ales, lagers, stouts, and the rest of their barley-based brethren also make a worthy and natural match for a cheese plate. Join us for an edible lesson on the how and why it is so delicious to pair beer and cheese together. We will plate up some of our favorite cheeses alongside a variety of beer styles to illustrate the toothsome and tasty potential of this wonderful pairing!
