Join our exceptional cheesemongers, Marc and Liz, for an exciting exploration of Basque cuisine and culture. The Basque region spans the Western Pyrenees to the Bay of Biscay; although it covers parts of both Spain and France, it has a character all its own. Enjoy a sweet and savory celebration as we travel through traditional Basque delicacies, including cheeses, meats, wines, and desserts. The Basque country may be small in size, but it boasts some big, big flavors!
