The Swiss say «la fondue crée la bonne humeur» («fondue brings a good mood»), and they're not the only ones who believe in the power of a pot of melted cheese. We are also fondue and melty Raclette enthusiasts! Join David, Cheesemonger and International Cheese Buyer, and Serdar, cheesemonger and cooking enthusiast, as he discusses the basic traditions and techniques for melting and serving Raclette and introduces a recipe for some exceptional fondue.
