Yin Yoga is a type of meditative yoga designed to work deep within your joints and connective tissues. Poses are held for several minutes in order to release and relieve stress in the joints.
In this workshop, you will become familiar with some of the most common yin yoga poses while learning about meridian lines (lines of energy that run along the body corresponding with different organs and emotions) before a super relaxing savasana with reiki.
Beginners welcome; no previous yoga experience needed :)
