Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that has been around for many years. Reiki helps to reduce stress and assist with relaxation. Reiki is administered by lightly hovering hands or by touching. The belief that we have energy that we can't see, but energy that we can feel. Energy or prana flows through or bodies everyday. Sometimes our energy or prana can feel low. Reiki helps with keeping our prana, vibrant and well.
We will do a few minutes of yin yoga to connect to our bodies and breathe, before the Reiki Circle. After yin yoga, Savasana is offered for the remainder of the class. During Savasana students will receive Reiki individually as you settle deeper into relaxation.
