As we approach the autumn equinox our bodies must shift in climate, cooler weather, and often an enhanced, hectic daily schedule. These shifts often leave us feeling fatigued and scattered. The purpose of this chakra restorative yoga and essential oils workshop is to calm the mind, rejuvenate the body and place in balance and feeling ready for seasonal changes. This workshop will include brief overview of Ayurveda and how it relates to the seasons, the body, a warm up and seven restorative poses starting with the base chakra and moving up to th crown of the head. Restorative yoga is practiced laying down on a mat with props for support. Each pose is designed to be deeply relaxing with a healing aspect. Each pose will be paired with essential oil and affirmation that goes with the chakra. **New this year, we will also be pairing each pose with a tiny cryatal that goes with the chakra.**This workshop will be lead by Julie Aronis and Shannon O'Haverty.
