ArtScience invites you to a multi-sensory dining experience, Cena concertante alla maniera di Vivaldi, a food opera developed by composer Ben Houge and designer Jutta Friedrichs in collaboration with the Boston Symphony Orchestra. During this innovative audiogustatory experience, the plate is the stage as guests encounter a customized soundtrack that's driven by the emergent rhythms of the dining room.
The latest event in Houge’s ongoing food opera project, Cena concertante comprises a four-course meal designed by ArtScience Chef de cuisine, Carolina Curtin, developed in close collaboration with the composer.
