Through the use of yoga postures, sound and breathing techniques, you will be guided through the seven chakras to reconnect with yourself and the most grounded powerful version of YOU.
The chakras are the energy centers within all of us responsible for our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. Over-activity or inactivity of this energy leads to imbalances in the body, causing negativity in different areas of life and even mental, emotional and physical ailments.
We'll begin with a short lecture which offers an overview of the chakras then move through a sweaty physical practice offering poses, sounds and breath-work specific to each chakra. The information on each chakra and how it may relate to your own life and body will be offered as you continue to move.
Through the continued work with chakra energy, we become closer to living our most fulfilling and peaceful lives!
