Calling all Brunch Fitters! The long anticipated FITRow concept is FINALLY here and we are welcoming them to Assembly Row the best way we know how — with brunch and mimosas — duh!

We're partnering with Assembly Row to bring you an exclusive introduction to Assembly's hottest new fitness complex FITRow, where will you will get to choose your workout from not one, not two, not three but FOUR of Boston's most beloved workout's (description's to follow!). Brunch Fit is part of Brunches of Boston signature events series providing both a fitness experience and brunch to attendees.

For this event, attendees will choose a workout (varying times) from the following studios and then after will make their way over to Earl's Kitchen for a full brunch and complimentary mimosa.

1. Club Pilates (11 AM) — Club Pilates is bring you a 45 minute full-body session with one of their talented instructors whom are certified with over 500 hours of Pilates training. This session will give you the perfect introduction to the equipment, studio, and the Pilates Reformer

2. Title Boxing (11 AM) — An authentic full-body boxing workout that changes your body, clears your mind, and completely engages your spirit. Their signature classes will tone your arms, legs, back, core and confidence!
**Attendees should arrive 30 minutes early for the Title Boxing event to be set up with their wraps.**

3. Orangetheory Fitness (11:30 AM) — A heart rate monitored full body workout that is designed to maintain a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Orange Theory uses top of the line treadmills, rowing machines, suspension systems and free weights to deliver a workout that drives results.
**Attendees should arrive 30 minutes early for the Orangetheory event to be set up with their heart rate monitors. All monitors types will be given on a first come, first serve basis**

4. barre n9ne (11:30 AM) — The barre n9ne method is a focused and proven program of isometric exercises and orthopedic stretches. Each class combines elements of Pilates, strength training, and dance fitness movements. barre n9ne® classes will tone your seat, abdominals, thighs and arms; strengthen your legs and back; and improves posture to produce an overall toned, fit body.
**barre n9ne is now hosting this class at the outdoor amphitheater directly in front of Earls. Come for the views, stay for the brunch!**

Tickets to this event include:
A full workout at one of the four FITRow fitness studios
Full brunch and mimosa from Earl's Kitchen Assembly

Please arrive 15 minutes early for check in to your class. Orangetheory and Title Boxing attendees should arrive 30 minutes before class.

Class to start promptly at 11 AM (Title Boxing and Club Pilates) or 11:30 AM (Orangetheory and Barre N9ne)
**Attendees will not be permitted into class if they are more than 5 minutes late **

Additional alcohol not included in ticket price and can be purchased directly through Earl's Kitchen
**Tickets are non-refundable within 24 of event start time**
