This course will cover the procedures and techniques for conducting a botanical inventory on conservation land. Following an evening session in which we will review research and sampling methods, we will spend a full day in the field inventorying the vascular plants on an ecologically diverse site. On the second evening, we will review our results, identify plants that were puzzling in the field, and compile a complete list of our findings.

**THREE DAYS: Thursdays, August 3, 10, 6:30 -8:30 p.m.; Sunday, August 6, 2017, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.**
