Though wine has traditionally grabbed the spotlight as the best partner for cheese, hopheads and cheese fiends alike know that rich, dry, fruity and even funky beers also make a worthy and natural match for a cheese plate. When it comes to pairing cheese with sour beer, which can taste a bit strong and out there, a general rule of thumb is: the stinkier the better! We'll guide you through a number of pairing ideas, and serve some of our favorite craft beers and artisan cheeses so you can discover first-hand how and why these flavors pair so nicely!
